Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

All Sales are Final. We’re confident you’ll be happy with purchase, but if for some reason you are not, an arrangement can be made with the Seller to exchange for another item or be given a store credit. To be eligible for a return for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and written authorization from the Seller.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We will only replace items if they are damaged in shipping, and only for the exact same item unless an agreement is made with the Seller. Purchaser must provide photographic proof of artwork damage as well as images of packaging damage. Returns will only be honored at the discretion of the Seller.


Shipping:
Our products are made to order and typically printed, processed and shipped within 7-10 business days using USPS First Class, USPS Priority 2-3 Day, and USPS Priority Express.
 To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2073 E Ridgecrest Dr., Boise ID United States 83712. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
